  • Every session is different. Some clients enjoy sharing what they are feeling or moving through, while others prefer quiet rest and stillness.

    There is never pressure to talk more than feels comfortable. I gently follow your needs and create a space where you can simply relax, breathe, and listen to your body.

    At the same time, communication can be an important part of the process. Sharing what you are noticing physically, emotionally, or energetically can help bring awareness to areas where energy may feel stuck, blocked, or ready to shift. Together, we listen to what your body is communicating in the moment.

  • Sessions are approximately 90–120 minutes, depending on your needs and what arises during our time together.

    I allow space for grounding, conversation, and integration so the experience feels supportive rather than rushed. Each session unfolds at its own pace, guided by what your body and nervous system need in the moment.
